Fairfield Inn & Suites Cleveland Avon

If I could I'd give this hotel more stars! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such warmth and friendlyness. The room could not have been any cleaner. The breakfast is what I call a full breakfast. They had scrambled eggs sausage, cereal, oatmeal with a ton of different types of add ons. Coffee, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, I guess you get the picture. There were places to sit and eat as well. Just a lovely place to stay.

We love staying here while we visit family because the staff here treats us like family--from Day One when they did not know us---now when we return for visits ---they remember our names and make us feel right at home! Superior breakfast Nice Rooms Comfortable Beds Love it

Been here a few times, last time the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to TV and no one , not even the IT service , couldnt fix it. Not that big of a deal, just TV but maybe find better quicker methods to problem solve this in house before consulting the third party IT people
